D.K. Mangal

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Mangal is the founder of LAWGIMAX. He started his legal career in 1992, specializing in civil law, sales tax, and direct taxes. As tax laws evolved, he became an expert in VAT and GST, handling numerous complex cases before U.P. VAT Tribunals and state and central GST appellate authorities. His vast experience now spans across GST litigation, civil and criminal law, dispute resolution, and commercial matters. Justice Shri Narayan Shukla ( Former Judge of Allahabad High Court)

Having started his career at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in 1983, Justice Shukla brings unparalleled experience in civil and criminal law. Elevated to the position of Justice at the Allahabad High Court in 2005, he presided over a wide range of cases, including arbitration, company law, and recovery under the DRT Act and SARFAESI Act. After retiring in 2020, Justice Shukla is now practicing in the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, focusing on civil, arbitration, company law, and family law matters. Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator for the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) and the Delhi Arbitration Centre. His experience on both sides of the courtroom—as a lawyer and a judge—makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Keshav Lal Srivastav

After a distinguished career in the U.P. State Revenue Services, where he served as an Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax, Mr. Srivastav transitioned into legal practice in 2018. His earlier career in the M.P. State Judicial Services as a Judicial Magistrate, followed by his work in revenue services, provides him with a unique perspective on both administrative and legal processes. He specializes in civil law, services-related matters, and GST litigation. Mr. Srivastav’s extensive experience in enforcement, assessment, administration, and recovery roles makes him highly effective in representing clients dealing with tax-related legal challenges. His deep understanding of both sides of the legal process, from the perspective of the judiciary and the administrative side, allows him to offer comprehensive, insightful legal representation to his clients.

Ashwini Sharma

A partner since 2010, Ashwini Sharma is an expert in direct and indirect tax law, handling everything from tax compliance to advisory and litigation services. Gaurav is an Advocate-on-Record (AOR) at the Supreme Court of India, and an alumnus of the prestigious Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. With over 10 years of experience, Gaurav is well-known for his expertise in litigation and dispute resolution. Yash Ruhela

Advocate Yash Ruhela is a dedicated and result-oriented legal professional with extensive experience across civil, criminal, matrimonial, intellectual property rights, RERA and consumer law matters. With an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights, he brings strong expertise in trademark and copyright issues, combining academic proficiency with practical legal insight.
